We need your help...
It is virtually impossible for us to provide optimal service if information is not presented to us in a timely manner. We MUST have your adherence to deadlines and deposit requirements if we are to secure reservations, meals, awards, etc. on your behalf - and at our advertised prices. For those individuals who find themselves in the unfortunate position of being latecomers, we recommend you call for reservation and price availability prior to submission.
Please, secure reservations as early as possible.

Deadline Rules

Overview
|
Dance Consultants Unlimited, Inc., producers of the Triple Crown Dance Events - The Southern States DanceSport Championships, reserves the right to apply any or all of the following:
1. Deny the processing of accommodation reservations, dance entries, etc. until a $250 deposit per participant has been received.
2. Pay purses at half of the advertised amount or cancel events which have two or less couples entered by the deadline.
3. Extend an early-bird pricing to those entries postmarked on or before the deadline.
4. Assess a $50 processing fee for each participant who has submitted paperwork after the deadline.
